First off—congratulations on your engagement!! I’m so excited you’re here. This guide will walk you through what to expect when working with me, from booking to your final gallery delivery. My goal is to make this experience as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible while capturing the story of your day beautifully and authentically.
📝 Booking & Planning
1. Initial Inquiry + Discovery Call
Once you inquire, we’ll schedule a quick call (or email if you prefer!) to get to know each other. I’ll learn about your wedding vision, answer questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Proposal + Contract
If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a customized proposal with package options, a contract, and payment information. A signed agreement and a retainer officially reserve your date!
3. Engagement Session (optional but recommended)
This is a great way for us to get comfortable together and create some beautiful, relaxed portraits before the big day. It’s also a chance to practice being in front of the camera—most couples tell me this helps them feel so much more confident on the wedding day.

Timeline Planning Help
About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, I’ll send a detailed questionnaire that helps me understand all the key moments, people, and details that matter most to you. From there, I’ll help craft a photography timeline that ensures we capture everything without feeling rushed.
Vendor Recommendations & Advice
Need help choosing a florist, planner, or videographer? I’ve worked with some amazing people and would love to share my recommendations. I’m also happy to offer advice on lighting, locations, first looks, and more.
